  • Can there be a co-borrower? - No unless it’s a minor

ā€‹

  • Do I have to give the owners SSN? - Yes to run a soft pull and do a background check. We're making sure that there are not any lawsuits and/or that the owner is not on any wanted lists.

ā€‹

  • Do I have to list all owners? - Anyone over 50% ownership.

ā€‹

  • What does the Annual Sales Revenue Mean? - What you make in a year, gross.

ā€‹

  • What is the Annual Financed Volume? - About how much do you finance through all the current financing options you have available, combined, in one year?

ā€‹

  • What about the average ticket size? - This is the average dollar amount you finance in a single deal. For example, if you have a set price of $25,000 for a procedure that is done frequently - then your average ticket size would be $25,000. However if you offer several different ticket sizes, just put an estimate number somewhere in the middle. This detail is not vitally important to get approved with us.

  • Can I have multiple locations? - Yes, if they are all under the same EIN. If they are each under different EIN’s, then we will need a separate application for each EIN individually.

  • What is a Customer Sales Agreement? - This is a template of a patients' treatment plan. Something that a patient would sign.
